Kathmandu Pokhara Chitwan Tour- 8 Days Detailed Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive in Kathmandu

We will pick you up from the kathmandu airport on your arrival in kathmandu, Nepal. Transfer you to hotel. After check in , you may either relax at hotel or walk around Ason local market. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2

Sightseeing around kathmandu valley - Day Tour

After breakfast, you start your guided city tour of Kathmandu valley. Discover several historical, cultural and spiritual attractions of Kathmandu. The sightseeing tour includes the world heritage sites like historical Kathmandu Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple Pashupatinath, Buddhist Pilgrimage Swambhunath (Monkey Temple) and Bouddhanath Stupa. After exploring all these heritages sites drive back to hotel in the evening. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3

Drive or Fly to Pokhara - Drive about 7 hrs and flight about 25 min.

Drive to Pokhara by regular Tourist Bus or flight to Pokhara offers a great view of Himalayan range and mystical landscapes of Nepal. On the other hand the drive provides an opportunity to discover the beautiful rivers, green forests, hills and magnificent Himalayas. The drive for about 7 hours takes you to the Pokhara while flight just takes 25 minutes. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 4

Sightseeing around Pokhara - Day Tour

Wake up early in the morning and drive towards the Sarangkot for breathtaking view of sunrise. Sarangkot offers the great panoramic views of the tallest Himalayas of Nepal including the Annapurna Range. Later drive back to Pokhara and carry out the sightseeing program around Pokhara city. Pay visit to famous Bindabasini Temple, Seti River Gorge, Devi’s Fall, Gupteshowr Cave, Gurkha Museum. Later in the evening enjoy the peaceful boating in Phewa Lake. Afterwards drive back to hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 5

Drive to Chitwan and start Jungle excursion

Early in the morning, have breakfast and head off for Chitwan on a private vehicle or regular Tourist Bus. The drive passes through the beautiful route and provides the magical views of Himalayas, rivers and rich vegetation and continues for about six hours. After reaching Chitwan go to a short jungle excursion and get back to the Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 6

Full day Jungle excursion in Chitwan

Full day jungle activities in chitwan - riding an elephant or by Jeep and explore the conservative area and observe the rich vegetation. The safari lets you a great opportunity to encounter the great One Horned Rhino, Royal Bengal Tiger, various wild animals, birds and amphibians. Also enjoy the jungle walk, Birds watching and Canoeing in the Rapti River. Later in the evening walk to the Tharu Village, then return back to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 7

Drive Back or Fly to Kathmandu

We will have our breakfast at hotel in chitwan and drive back to Kathmandu. It takes about 7 hours to reach Kathmandu. Enjoy the drive witnessing the beautiful rivers, landscapes and traditional villages on the way back. If you are flying from chitwan to kathmandu than it will be about 30 min flight. Upon reaching Kathmandu you may chose to hang around in the city in the evening. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 8

Final Departure or join other tour / treks

Your Kathmandu Pokhara Chitwan Tour comes to an end today. One of our Trekking Plus representatives escorts you to the international airport approximately 3 hours before your flight departure. Physical Condition & Experience Requirements

Nepal Tour does not require any experience. On the itienrary when we go for sunrise or jungle walk than we walk short distance only. This trip is suitable for any age group who is an enthusiast on the tour for a meaningful trip. In spite of this, the children and elders are to be under the guidance of their guardian. However, the traveller must specify any kinds of sickness, diseases or phobias before the trip because Trekking Plus believes every traveller needs to be under perfect care and guidance to enjoy the trip with the best convenience possible.

Best Time to Travel

You are welcome to the Kathmandu Chitwan and Pokhara Tour any time of the year. However, it is suggested that you visit in the spring season of March to May or September to November.
