It is an awesome view of sunrise over the Himalayan range. The green hills, gorges and lush forests are seen from this viewpoint. Ghorepani Poon Hill trekking begins from Nayapul after a one and half hour drive from nature covered city Pokhara. Heading by the Bhurungdi Khola, it passes through the terraced rice fields, steep climb up at Ulleri, panoramic journey through the rhododendron forest, sunrise view from Poon Hill, ethnic culture at Ghandruk and finally returns to Pokhara.
